3/4 cups tamarind pulp
1 piloncillo
1 cinnamon stick

Blend the corn dough with water and tamarind pulp.
Pour into a small pot over low heat, add the piloncillo and cinnamon, and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
