4 plantains, ripe
1 stick cinnamon
pepper, powder
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 liters water
ginger, powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Blend the bananas with a pinch of pepper and a liter and a half of water.
In a pot, bring our mixture to a boil and add a pinch of ginger powder along with the cinnamon stick and the teaspoon of cornstarch to thicken.
Boil until it thickens and gradually add the brown sugar until you reach the predetermined cup or to your taste or that of your family.
