Citrus Coffee

A very original coffee, this citrus coffee is very rich as it is accompanied by cognac, giving it a unique and special flavor.

  • 3 cups espresso coffee, double
  • 4 teaspoons orange peels
  • 2 teaspoons lime peels
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, freshly ground
  • 4 teaspoons sweetener
  • 1/2 cups cognac, and 2 extra tablespoons

  • Heat the two extra tablespoons of cognac, evaporating the alcohol.
  • Caramelize that liquid with the sugar and nutmeg in a small flat pan.
  • Add the rest of the cognac, the orange and lemon zest, and once heated, add the coffee.
  • Serve in small cups and garnish.
