This tea is very aromatic and healthy; consuming it every third day can help you reduce sizes when paired with a healthy diet. You can mix it with natural juice to make a delicious and healthy drink.

  • 1 liter water
  • sugar, or sweetener to taste

  • Heat the water until it reaches approximately 60°C.
  • Add the dandelion flower buds and let them release their aromas for 3 minutes.
  • Strain and serve.
  • Sweeten to taste.
