1 capsule Grand Cru Dharkan
1 liter sour cream, (for a siphon)
80 milliliters gingerbread cookie syrup, (for a siphon)
1 teaspoon honey
hazelnuts, crushed

Prepare the whipped cream by pouring the syrup and cream into the whipped cream canister.
Use two gas cartridges and let it cool in the refrigerator for two hours.
Serve a teaspoon of honey in a PIXIE DHARKAN cup, then pour a Grand Cru ristretto Dharkan (25 ml) and top with whipped cream.
Decoration: Decorate with a little honey and crushed hazelnuts.
