Gingerbread Viennese

  • 1 capsule Grand Cru Dharkan
  • 1 liter sour cream, (for a siphon)
  • 80 milliliters gingerbread cookie syrup, (for a siphon)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • hazelnuts, crushed

  • Prepare the whipped cream by pouring the syrup and cream into the whipped cream canister.
  • Use two gas cartridges and let it cool in the refrigerator for two hours.
  • Serve a teaspoon of honey in a PIXIE DHARKAN cup, then pour a Grand Cru ristretto Dharkan (25 ml) and top with whipped cream.
  • Decoration: Decorate with a little honey and crushed hazelnuts.
