In a pot, add the water along with the guavas and a little sugar.
Boil and let them cook well until they break down and lose their acidity.
Let it sit for a few minutes, then blend them.
Once blended, add the mixture to the pot that will be used, then add the liquid milk, powdered milk, and baking soda. Add the cinnamon stick and let it boil. Stir constantly to prevent sticking.
Dissolve the cornstarch with the tablespoons of milk.
When it begins to boil, lower the heat and incorporate the cornstarch, stirring quickly to avoid lumps.
Taste and sweeten to your liking. Let it boil for 5 more minutes and remove from heat.
