Heat the milk and evaporated milk in a pot. Once hot, add the chocolate tablet, stir until dissolved, and cook for at least 5 minutes or until the color of the milk is uniform. Keep warm.
Blend the Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour with one cup of chocolate milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Return the blended mixture to the pot with chocolate and mix well. Then, add the cinnamon stick in pieces. Once it reaches a boil, remove the cinnamon from the preparation and keep the horchata warm.
Serve the hot chocolate horchata and garnish with ground cinnamon and shredded semi-sweet chocolate.
