Heat the milk and evaporated milk in a pot. Once hot, add the chocolate tablet, stir until dissolved, and cook for at least 5 minutes or until the color of the milk is uniform. Keep warm. Blend the Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour with one cup of chocolate milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
