3 tablespoons rice
2 cups water
1 stick cinnamon
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup whole milk
4 envelopes Splenda Stevia®

Soak the rice in water for 1 hour, blend the water with the rice, cinnamon, evaporated milk, and whole milk, then strain.
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a boil until thickened, add Splenda Stevia®, mix and serve.
