Lemon Tea with Lemongrass

This delicious and aromatic tea will become one of your favorites. It has a perfectly harmonious combination: lemon juice, lemon zest, and lemon grass, and it is also great for combating nausea during pregnancy.

10 sprigs lemon tea, (lemongrass)
1 liter water
sugar, to taste or sweetener

Wash and disinfect the lemons; remove the seeds.
In a pot, bring one liter of water to a boil.
Zest the two lemons and add it to the water.
Squeeze the lemons and add their juice to the water.
Add the lemon grass stalks and bring to a simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the sugar or sweetener of your choice.
Strain very well and serve hot.
