Lemon Tea with Lemongrass

This delicious and aromatic tea will become one of your favorites. It has a perfectly harmonious combination: lemon juice, lemon zest, and lemon grass, and it is also great for combating nausea during pregnancy.

  • 2 limes, seedless
  • 10 sprigs lemon tea, (lemongrass)
  • 1 liter water
  • sugar, to taste or sweetener

  • Wash and disinfect the lemons; remove the seeds.
  • In a pot, bring one liter of water to a boil.
  • Zest the two lemons and add it to the water.
  • Squeeze the lemons and add their juice to the water.
  • Add the lemon grass stalks and bring to a simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Add the sugar or sweetener of your choice.
  • Strain very well and serve hot.
