1 cup ground coffee, for coffee maker
1 rod cinnamon
orange peels, in strips
1/3 cups granulated piloncillo
5 cups water

Place the coffee and the cinnamon stick in a deep pot. Let it come to a boil.
ADD water to the coffee maker; let the coffee brew. Once it's ready, stir it to mix well.
PLACE a strip of orange peel in each cup of hot coffee.
At that moment, add the piloncillo and the strips of orange. Let it simmer on low heat until it boils again.
Strain the mixture.
Serve in clay cups or jars with a strip of orange peel.
