1/2 sticks semisweet chocolate, (90 grams)
1/2 cups cow's milk
1/2 cups water, hot

Cook over medium heat in a small pot the hot water, the milk, and the chocolate.
Stir constantly with the help of a whisk until the chocolate has dissolved.
Remove the chocolate from the heat when it is about to boil and serve.
