  • 1 cup beet, in medium cubes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup beet, in small cubes
  • ice cubes
  • 1 cup apple, in small cubes
  • 1 cup banana, in slices
  • 1 cup orange
  • 1/2 cups peanuts, toasted
  • 1 cup lettuce, in very thin strips
