1 kilo mango pulp
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cups chamoy
1/2 cups tamarind concentrate, for rimming
3 tablespoons piquín chile, for rimming
1 cup mango, diced, for decoration
peppermint, for decoration

In the blender, add the frozen mango pulp, lime, sugar, and if necessary, a splash of water to create a smooth mixture.
Place the mixture in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Rim a glass with tamarind concentrate and add chili powder and chamoy to taste.
Serve the mango mixture in the rimmed glass and top with diced mango. Decorate with mint leaves.
