Mango Chamoyada

  • 1 kilo mango pulp
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cups chamoy
  • 1/2 cups tamarind concentrate, for rimming
  • 3 tablespoons piquín chile, for rimming
  • 1 cup mango, diced, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • In the blender, add the frozen mango pulp, lime, sugar, and if necessary, a splash of water to create a smooth mixture.
  • Place the mixture in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Rim a glass with tamarind concentrate and add chili powder and chamoy to taste.
  • Serve the mango mixture in the rimmed glass and top with diced mango. Decorate with mint leaves.
