Mango Smoothie with Oat Milk

Make your own 100% natural homemade oat milk, which you can learn to make from scratch with Quaker® Oats and this mango smoothie recipe.   • 1 cup Quaker® old fashioned oats
  • 5 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence, without color
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups mango, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

  • For Quaker® oat milk, place the Quaker® oats in a bowl and pour in the water, let it sit for 30 minutes, strain, and set aside.
  • Blend the Quaker® oats, vanilla essence, brown sugar, and salt with the water.
  • Strain using a sieve or a fine cloth 2 times or until no oat residue is visible.
  • For the mango smoothie, blend the Quaker® oat milk, mango, and coconut.
