Marzipan Carajillo

Surprise all your guests with this delicious marzipan carajillo, made with a delightful combination of coffee, marzipan, almond milk, and liqueur. Don't miss this marzipan carajillo!

  • 1/2 mazapanes, crumbled
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 ounces Licor 43
  • 2 ounces espresso coffee
  • 1 ounce almond milk
  • 2 mazapanes, ground
  • ice cubes
  • peanuts, toasted
Preparation

  • Mix in a drink mixer, ice, marzipan, Licor 43, espresso, almond milk, mix very well to prevent lumps of marzipan. Set aside.
  • On a plate, add honey and on another plate the ground marzipan, rim your glass first by passing it through the honey and then through the marzipan. Set aside.
  • Serve ice in the glass, then the carajillo, and garnish with peanuts. Enjoy!
