Crazy Horchata Water with Rum

Give a twist to traditional crazy waters and prepare our version of horchata with rum, it will be a hit! Don’t forget to add plenty of ice and you're good to go, cheers!

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 cup white rum
  • ice cubes
  • cinnamon stick, for decoration

  • Mix the rice with the hot water in a bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes, then strain the rice.
  • Blend the soaked rice, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, a little of the whole milk, and the cinnamon stick for about 3 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  • Place the ice, cinnamon stick, and white rum in a large pitcher. Finish filling with the horchata and mix thoroughly.
  • Enjoy the horchata crazy water with rum well chilled.
