2 tablespoons cornstarch
4 cups lactose-free milk
1/4 cups artificial sweetener
1 stick cinnamon
1/4 cups rice, rinsed
cinnamon, for decoration

Dissolve the cornstarch in a cup of low-calorie lactose-free milk.
Heat the rest of the milk, add the sugar substitute, the cinnamon stick, and the rice. Cook for 15 minutes.

Serve hot, decorated with powdered cinnamon.
