This is the Mexican drink that originated the famous saying teporocho. Tea for eight is a spiked tea that, during the Revolution, cost 8 cents, so go ahead and give it a try!

1/4 cups orange peels, for infusing
2 cinnamon sticks, for infusing
2 cups water
2 ounces aged rum
orange wheel, for decorating

Pour the water into a pot and bring it to a boil.
Turn off the heat and add the orange peel and cinnamon. Cover and let it steep for 10 minutes.
In a cup, pour the mixture using a strainer and add the aged rum.
Mix the tea for eight with a ballerina and garnish with a slice of orange.
