  • 2 cones piloncillo
  • 500 milliliters water
  • 1.5 liters water
  • 3 limes
  • ice cubes

  • Heat 500 milliliters of water and the piloncillo in a pot for 5 minutes or until the piloncillo dissolves. Let it cool.
  • Pour the remaining one and a half liters of water into a jug, squeeze the lemons, add the dissolved piloncillo and ice. Mix until integrated.
  • Serve the agua de panela in a glass with ice and garnish with a slice of lemon.
