  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup black tapioca pearls
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups milk, hot
  • 1 tablespoon chai tea, in powder
  • 1/2 cups Lotus Cream
  • ice cubes, for serving
  • whipping cream, for serving
  • Lotus Cookies, for serving
Preparation

  • Cook the tapioca with water in a pot for 15 minutes. Strain, mix with honey, and set aside.
  • Heat the milk without boiling, then add the powdered chai tea and the Lotus spread. Mix until dissolved and let cool.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of tapioca pearls to a glass, then add the ice and a bit of the previous preparation. Decorate with whipped cream and Lotus cookies.
