1 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 cups ice cubes
5 mangoes, (4 pieces for the shave ice and one piece cut into cubes for decoration)
3/4 cups chamoy, liquid (¼ cup to frost the glasses)
3/4 cups chile powder, ¼ cup to frost the glasses
1/2 cups pineapple, enchilada
4 tamarind pulp, in rolls
4 tamarind pulp enchilada palettes

In a small pot, heat the water with the sugar until it forms a thick syrup. Let it cool.
Blend the syrup with the pulp of four mangoes and ice until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Frost the glasses with some chamoy and chili powder. Decorate the interior of the glasses with chamoy.
Pour the mangonada into the glasses and add the mango cubes; decorate with chamoy, chili, and spicy candies. Serve.
