1 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 cups ice cubes
5 mangoes, (4 pieces for the shave ice and one piece cut into cubes for decoration)
3/4 cups chamoy, liquid (¼ cup to rim the glasses)
3/4 cups chile powder, ¼ cup to rim the glasses
1/2 cups pineapple, enchilada
4 tamarind pulp, in rolls
4 tamarind pulp enchilada palettes

In a small pot, heat the water with the sugar until it forms a thick syrup. Let it cool.
Blend the syrup with the pulp of four mangoes and ice until you achieve a smooth and thick mixture.
Rim the glasses with a little chamoy and chili powder. Decorate the inside of the glasses with chamoy.
Pour the mangonada into the glasses and add the mango cubes, decorate with chamoy, chili, and spicy candies. Serve.
