Ingredients: 1 cup water; 1 cup sugar; 4 cups ice cubes; 5 mangoes, (4 pieces for the shave ice and one piece cut into cubes for decoration); 3/4 cups chamoy, liquid (¼ cup to frost the glasses); 3/4 cups chile powder, ¼ cup to frost the glasses; 1/2 cups pineapple, enchilada; 4 tamarind pulp, in rolls; 4 tamarind pulp enchilada palettes

In a small pot, heat the water with the sugar until it forms a thick syrup. Let it cool. Blend the syrup with the pulp of four mangoes and ice until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
