2 cups cow's milk, almond or soy
1 strawberry yogurt, individual
1/3 cups raspberries
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Pour the milk into the blender, add the yogurt cup, raspberries, and vanilla essence.
Blend until you reach the desired consistency; if you want it creamier, add more yogurt, and if you want it less thick, add milk and ice.
Serve immediately in tall glasses.
