Crème Brûlée Style Mocktail

  • 3 ounces whipping cream
  • 1/4 ounces vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon Domino® raw sugar
  • ice cubes
  • cinnamon powder
  • Domino® raw sugar
  • cinnamon stick

  • Place the heavy cream, vanilla extract, salt, and egg white in a shaker. Set aside.
  • Use a torch to lightly caramelize the Domino® Mascabado Sugar, add it to the shaker, close it, and shake for 3 minutes.Once the ingredients are combined, add the ice and continue shaking for another 7 minutes or until the mocktail is very cold and begins to have a slightly thick consistency.
  • Serve the brûlée mocktail in a glass without the ice. Sprinkle ground cinnamon and a little Domino® Mascabado Sugar. Torch until a layer of caramelized sugar is formed.
  • Garnish the non-alcoholic drink with a cinnamon stick and enjoy.
