Place the heavy cream, vanilla extract, salt, and egg white in a shaker. Set aside. Use a torch to lightly caramelize the Domino® Mascabado Sugar, add it to the shaker, close it, and shake for 3 minutes.

Once the ingredients are combined, add the ice and continue shaking for another 7 minutes or until the mocktail is very cold and begins to have a slightly thick consistency.
