  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup hibiscus flower
  • 2 guavas
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ice cubes

  • Heat the water, the cinnamon stick, and the hibiscus flower for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  • Blend the guava, the water, the sugar, and the cinnamon stick until everything is well integrated.
