  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups mango, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups water
  • ice cubes
  • mango, in small cubes
  • peppermint, for garnish

  • Combine the rice and two cups of water in a bowl. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  • Blend the rice with water, mango, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and water. Strain.
  • Serve the mango horchata in a pitcher with plenty of ice and garnish with mango cubes and mint leaves.
