1 cup rice
4 sticks cinnamon
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cups sugar

Soak the rice in boiling water and wait for it to cool.
In a saucepan, boil 2 cups of water with the 4 cinnamon sticks, then let it cool.
Blend the rice with the water, the cinnamon water, and a piece of the cinnamon stick.
Use a fine mesh strainer to pour the blended mixture into a large pitcher. Add milk to taste until you achieve the desired consistency.
Add 2 to 3 more liters of water and stir in sugar to taste. Finally, add ice.
