Kimchilada

Mexico and Korea come together to make this delicious and refreshing drink a reality! This michelada with kimchi is an incredible version to give a fun twist to a Mexican classic, dare to try it!

  • chamoy, for rimming
  • chile powder, for rimming
  • ice cubes
  • 2 ounces kimchi juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces lime juice
  • 1/2 limes, quartered
  • 1 1/2 ounces Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
  • 200 milliliters Herdez 8® Vegetable Mix
  • 150 milliliters alcohol-free beer
  • lime, sliced, for garnish

  • Rim your glass with chamoy liquid and chili powder, then add ice.
  • Pour in the kimchi, lemon juice, Kikkoman® soy sauce, lemon, and Herdez 8® vegetable mix.
  • Stir the michelada with kimchi using a dancer.
  • Pour in the beer and garnish with a slice of lemon. Enjoy this kimchilada!
