Blend the blackberry with the monk fruit and the purified water for 2 to 4 minutes. When you obtain a homogeneous mixture without large chunks, set aside.
Add the McCormick® cold infusion lemon ginger pyramid to a pitcher with the liter of purified water with ice and let the pyramid infuse in the water for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside the infusion once ready. Remember to remove the pyramid before serving.
Add ¼ of the blackberry mixture to a glass with enough ice, then add ¼ of the McCormick® cold infusion lemon ginger and fill up with mineral water.
Garnish the glass with a skewer of blackberries and mint leaves.
