Non-Alcoholic Bubbly Blackberry Drink

Try this delicious bubbly blackberry drink, as it is very refreshing and easy to make thanks to the McCormick® cold infusion lemon ginger.

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 4 tablespoons monk fruit
  • 1/2 cups water, purified, for fruit pulp
  • 4 cups water, purified, with ice, 1 liter
  • 1 McCormick® Lemon Ginger Cold Infusion, 25 g each
  • sparkling water
  • ice cubes
  • blackberries
  • peppermint

  • Blend the blackberry with the monk fruit and the purified water for 2 to 4 minutes. When you obtain a homogeneous mixture without large chunks, set aside.
  • Add the McCormick® cold infusion lemon ginger pyramid to a pitcher with the liter of purified water with ice and let the pyramid infuse in the water for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside the infusion once ready. Remember to remove the pyramid before serving.
  • Add ¼ of the blackberry mixture to a glass with enough ice, then add ¼ of the McCormick® cold infusion lemon ginger and fill up with mineral water.
  • Garnish the glass with a skewer of blackberries and mint leaves.
