Try this delicious mango sparkling drink, which has a hint of peach and ginger from the McCormick® peach-ginger Cold Brew Infusion, making it quick to prepare and very refreshing.
1 McCormick® Peach Ginger Cold Infusion, 25 g each
sparkling water
ice cubes
mango, in small cubes, for garnish
peppermint, for garnish

Blend the mango with the monk fruit and the purified water for 2 to 4 minutes. Once you have a smooth mixture, set aside.
Pour the liter of purified ice water into a pitcher, place the McCormick® peach-ginger Cold Brew Infusion pyramid in it, and let the pyramid infuse in the water for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside the infusion once ready. Remember to remove the pyramid before serving.
Place enough ice in a glass, add ¼ of the mango mixture, ¼ of the McCormick® peach-ginger Cold Brew Infusion, and fill the rest with sparkling water.
Decorate the glass with mango cubes, a few mint leaves, and enjoy the cold mango sparkling drink.
