Chia and Banana Smoothie

We present to you a delicious smoothie with an excellent calcium contribution, perfect for preventing osteoporosis. It can be consumed at dinner or after the gym, as it is a light preparation with a good amount of protein. Very refreshing!

1/2 bananas
1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 envelope zero-calorie sweetener
4 almonds
cinnamon, to taste
ice cubes, to taste
peppermint, to taste
Preparation

Place the banana, almond milk, vanilla, sweetener, cinnamon, and enough ice cubes in a blender jar.
Blend the mixture until you achieve a smoothie texture.
Add the chia and mint, stir, and serve.
