Chia and Banana Smoothie

We present to you a delicious smoothie with an excellent calcium contribution, perfect for preventing osteoporosis. It can be consumed at dinner or after the gym, as it is a light preparation with a good amount of protein. Very refreshing!

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 envelope zero-calorie sweetener
  • 4 almonds
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • ice cubes, to taste
  • peppermint, to taste

  • Place the banana, almond milk, vanilla, sweetener, cinnamon, and enough ice cubes in a blender jar.
  • Blend the mixture until you achieve a smoothie texture.
  • Add the chia and mint, stir, and serve.
