  • 2 tubs plain yogurt
  • 1/2 liters cow's milk
  • lime peels, (1 serving)
  • 1 sprig cinnamon
  • 5 tablespoons raw sugar
  • 1 pinch ginger powder
  • cinnamon powder

  • In a pot, heat the milk along with the lemon peel, cinnamon stick, and a pinch of ginger. Remove when it reaches boiling point and let the mixture cool. Place it in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours.
  • Strain the mixture and add the sugar and yogurts into the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  • Serve the milkshake and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
