In a pot, heat the milk along with the lemon peel, cinnamon stick, and a pinch of ginger. Remove when it reaches boiling point and let the mixture cool. Place it in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours. Strain the mixture and add the sugar and yogurts into the blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
