Kale and Banana Smoothie

Bananas are high in potassium, which helps prevent painful cramps and reduces or eliminates swelling during this stage.

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch spirulina, or chia (optional)

  • One day before, wash and disinfect the kale and place it in a Ziploc bag along with the banana.
  • The next morning, put everything in the blender and mix until you achieve a creamy consistency.
