1 banana
1 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 pinch spirulina, or chia (optional)

One day before, wash and disinfect the kale and place it in a Ziploc bag along with the banana.
The next morning, put everything in the blender and mix until you achieve a creamy consistency.
