Mamey and Flaxseed Smoothie

  • 2 cups Ades® soy milk
  • 170 grams mamey, pulp
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoons almonds, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey, or 1 tablespoon for a lighter version
  • 2 cups ice cubes

  • Cut a mamey in half, remove the pit, and use a spoon to scoop out the pulp.
  • Place the mamey pulp in a blender jar and add the AdeS® Soy, almonds, honey, flaxseed, and ice.
  • Blend until all ingredients are combined.
