Mamey Smoothie with Chia

Prepare this healthy and delicious mamey smoothie with chia. It’s perfect for starting your mornings and ideal for hot days. You can make the chia pudding a day in advance and serve it the next day with the mamey smoothie. The almond milk adds a special flavor, and Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% provides a delicious taste.

  • 1 1/2 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 2 cups mamey
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • 4 tablespoons chia
  • 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cups sugar

  • Blend the mamey with almond milk, ice, and Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%.
  • For the chia pudding, mix the chia with 1/2 cup of almond milk and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Place 1/3 of the chia pudding and on top add half of the mamey smoothie, then add a bit more of the pudding and top with the remaining smoothie. Finish with some toasted, skinless almonds on top.
