Prepare this healthy and delicious mamey smoothie with chia. It’s perfect for starting your mornings and ideal for hot days. You can make the chia pudding a day in advance and serve it the next day with the mamey smoothie. The almond milk adds a special flavor, and Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0% provides a delicious taste.
Blend the mamey with almond milk, ice, and Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%.
For the chia pudding, mix the chia with 1/2 cup of almond milk and sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Place 1/3 of the chia pudding and on top add half of the mamey smoothie, then add a bit more of the pudding and top with the remaining smoothie. Finish with some toasted, skinless almonds on top.
