70 grams cocoa
3 mameyes, (pits)

Cook the corn with ash lye.
Once cooked, wash the corn well to remove the husk until it is completely white and ground very well.
Roast the mamey pits, crush and toast them.
Toast the cocoa and clean it.
Grind the 3 ingredients together with the dough.
Whip in cold, sweetened water; it should not be watery.
