Pineapple and Coconut Margarita

Refresh yourself with this delicious combination of pineapple, coconut, and tequila. This blended margarita is a great option for a hot afternoon, and the best part is that you just need to blend and you're done. It can't get any easier!

  • 3 tablespoons corn syrup, for rimming
  • 3 tablespoons coconut, for rimming
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 4 ounces Tequila
  • 4 ounces triple sec orange liqueur
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces coconut cream
  • 2 skewers, pineapple and lemon for decoration

  • Rim 2 glasses or martini cups by dipping them in corn syrup and then in coconut. Let them dry.
  • For the margarita, blend the ice with the tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and coconut cream in your T-fal® InfinyForce blender using the “ice” function for 10 seconds or until the desired mixture is achieved.
  • Serve immediately and decorate with pineapple and lemon skewers.
