Red Fruit Tea with Rosemary

  • 2 tablespoons hibiscus flower
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1/2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cups raspberries, to make the ice
  • 1 liter water, to make the ice

  • In a small pot, pour the water and bring it to a boil, add the hibiscus, rosemary, strawberry, raspberry, and let it rest for 5 minutes, then add the honey. Chill and strain.
  • Place the raspberry in an ice cube tray and pour the water. Freeze until ice cubes are made.
  • Serve the raspberry ice cubes in a glass and pour the tea and mineral water. Garnish with rosemary and enjoy.
