In a small pot, pour the water and bring it to a boil, add the hibiscus, rosemary, strawberry, raspberry, and let it rest for 5 minutes, then add the honey. Chill and strain.
Place the raspberry in an ice cube tray and pour the water. Freeze until ice cubes are made.
