Red Velvet Hot Chocolate

Prepare this delicious red velvet hot chocolate, made with Ades® Chocolate with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. Besides being delicious, it has an original presentation with a division of colors.

  • 4 cups Ades® chocolate soy milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in cold water
  • 150 grams white chocolate
  • red food coloring
  • mini marshmallows, for decoration

  • Heat Ades® Chocolate in a small pot, add the cinnamon stick, vanilla essence, and cornstarch.
  • Divide into two parts, to one add white chocolate and a little red vegetable dye, to the other add only red dye, ensuring one is more intense than the other.
  • Pour the mixtures into a cup, being careful not to combine them.
  • Decorate with large and small marshmallows.
