Heat Ades® Chocolate in a small pot, add the cinnamon stick, vanilla essence, and cornstarch. Divide into two parts, to one add white chocolate and a little red vegetable dye, to the other add only red dye, ensuring one is more intense than the other. Pour the mixtures into a cup, being careful not to combine them. Decorate with large and small marshmallows.
