3 tablespoons rice flour
3 cups water
2 cups cow's milk
1 tablespoon almond extract
1 tablespoon walnuts, toasted in pieces

Dissolve the flour in cold water and mix it with the rest of the water, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Boil gently for 20 minutes, and once it is well cooked, add the milk and sugar, and let it boil for 10 more minutes.
Remove from heat and add the almond extract.
Add the pieces of toasted walnut.
