Spicy Michelada

This michelada is perfect for those who love spiciness; you can't miss the combination of sauces and Kermato®.

  • 2 limes, in thin slices
  • 1/4 cups chile powder
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Habanero hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce, black
  • 1 cup Kermato® tomato clam juice
  • 1 lager beer
  • orange, slice
  • serrano chile, cut in half

  • To rim the jar, pass the jar over a plate with a bed of limes and then over a plate with chili powder, covering the entire top of the jar well.
  • Pour the habanero sauce, hot sauce, black hot sauce, and lime juice into the jar.
  • Add Kermato® to the previous mixture.
  • Gradually add the beer with the jar tilted to avoid foam.
  • Decorate your jar with a toothpick holding the serrano pepper cut in half and a slice of orange.
