1 liter coconut water
1 pineapple, honey
6 teaspoons chia seeds, (one per glass)
2 sprigs celery, or 1/2 cucumber (optional)
2 tablespoons coconut cream, (optional) to sweeten

Peel the pineapple perfectly, removing most of the eyes. Cut it into medium pieces.
Blend it with 1 liter of coconut water; if you can't find it, use only half a liter of water.
The pineapple should provide enough sweetness; however, if it is bland, sweeten with coconut cream or honey as needed.
Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and blend it with the rest of the ingredients. Do the same if you prefer celery stalks.
Serve in glasses with plenty of ice and add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds to each.
