SpongeBob Pineapple Water

Share this healthy and delicious pineapple-based drink with your kids. It will keep them hydrated throughout the day. It's perfect after a football game or a swimming class.

  • 1 liter coconut water
  • 1 pineapple, honey
  • 6 teaspoons chia seeds, (one per glass)
  • 2 sprigs celery, or 1/2 cucumber (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream, (optional) to sweeten
  • ice cubes

  • Peel the pineapple perfectly, removing most of the eyes. Cut it into medium pieces.
  • Blend it with 1 liter of coconut water; if you can't find it, use only half a liter of water.
  • The pineapple should provide enough sweetness; however, if it is bland, sweeten with coconut cream or honey as needed.
  • Peel the cucumber, remove the seeds, and blend it with the rest of the ingredients. Do the same if you prefer celery stalks.
  • Serve in glasses with plenty of ice and add 1 teaspoon of chia seeds to each.
