Tamarind and Peach Aqua Fresca with Black Tea

For these hot days, prepare this refreshing tamarind aqua fresca with sweet peaches and the unmatched flavor of black tea. A combination of flavors that you won’t believe!

  • 40 tamarind pods, peeled
  • 4 peaches, in slices
  • 2 Lipton® lemon black tea, 600 ml each
  • 1 lime, juice for rimming
  • 1 tablespoon piquín chile, for rimming
  • ice cubes
  • 2 peaches, in slices for garnish

  • In a small pot with water over medium heat, cook the tamarind pulp for 10 minutes or until soft. Cool down.
  • Remove the seeds from the pulp and strain the entire mixture to eliminate impurities.
  • Blend the concentrated tamarind pulp with the peaches and Lipton Black Lemon Tea®.
  • Rim the glasses by moistening the edges with lime juice and dipping them in chili powder. Serve the drink with ice and garnish with peach slices.
