1 cup masa dough
1 cup water, for blending the masa
2 liters water
2 piloncillos
1 cinnamon stick
2 tablets Mexican chocolate
1 cup masa dough
Preparation

Blend the masa and water for 5 minutes, until there are no lumps. Set aside.
Boil the water with the piloncillo and cinnamon, then cook until the piloncillo dissolves.
Add the chocolate and let it dissolve.
Add the blended masa, cook until the masa is cooked and has a thick consistency.
Serve the champurrado hot and accompany it with sweet bread.
