Ingredients: 1 cup masa dough; 1 cup water, for blending the masa; 2 liters water; 2 piloncillos; 1 cinnamon stick; 2 tablets Mexican chocolate; 1 cup masa dough

Blend the masa and water for 5 minutes, until there are no lumps. Set aside. Boil the water with the piloncillo and cinnamon, then cook until the piloncillo dissolves.
