Christmas Punch with Wine

  • 8 cups water
  • 1/2 cups hibiscus flower
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • cloves
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup apple, cut into wedges
  • ice cubes
  • 2 grapefruit, sliced
  • 4 guavas, sliced
  • 4 cups red wine
  • sprigs fresh rosemary, for decoration

  • In a small pot over medium heat, heat the water, add the hibiscus, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, fresh rosemary, bring to a boil, and then add the apple. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat, and let cool.
  • In a pitcher with ice, arrange the grapefruit, guava, pour the previous preparation, the wine, and fresh rosemary.
  • Serve and enjoy cold.
